Today we had a wonderful surprise! My nephew Kyle brought over his kids, Ethan and Kiley to play for the day! Serenity was so excited! And I was thrilled too!!! The kids enjoyed checking out Eric’s hat collection, and playing tea party, and getting out all of Serenity’s toys. I think having the other kids play with them gave them a new coolness factor because she played with several she hasn’t touched in a long time! Early in the morning when I was cleaning up, I hung up one of my prism sets. It made rainbows, and Serenity chased them and touched them with such joy! Then she asked “where rainbow go?” as she blocked the light. =) Too cute! Today’s advent calendar activity was to make digital Christmas cards and an invitation for our house party that’s coming up. Since Serenity can’t really help me with photoshop yet she got stickers to play with, which she promptly handed to me and asked me to “open.” (take them off the page for her =)
