December 14th: Winter Concert

The kids were great in their concert!  It was hard for me to see DZ since he was at the back but Serenity was very enthusiastic in her dancing!  Maia was in the front too and so cute =)  All the kids loved their new accessories!  I got Serenity a rose quartz necklace, since that was her favorite rock from the mining set.  Maia got a gold starfish necklace, and she had already laid out her starfish shirt and sparkly skirt from Aunt Jen to wear to the concert, so that worked out perfectly.  Donovan got the cutest wooden bow tie!  He just loves to be fancy, I need to get him a new real tie too!

I loved getting to see all three children at the concert!  Plus Raegan and Carson are both in the band now!  My favorite song was Hot Chocolate, and the kids performed it again for Eric in the evening.  =) 

We stopped by Jen’s house to drop off a present for her and some French fries for Barrett.  Then we headed home to vegetate, play electronics, and get ready for tomorrow’s chocolate party!
