December 12th: Eric’s Birthday!

Eric took the day off today for his birthday!  With the kids in school, that meant another whole day we could spend together!  In the morning he opened up presents with the kids.  He got Rice Krispie treats for breakfast,  Thrawn by Timothy Zahn, and the Yellow Submarine Beatles Lego set.  =)  He was pretty excited.  After I took the kids to school, he casually mentioned that he’d noticed the Pandemic Legacy set I technically got him for Christmas in the office.  So we broke it out and played!  SO FUN!  I love pandemic and they made another great twist on the game in the newest season.  We’ll box it back up and stick it under the tree but it was so worth it.  ;)

In the evening he put together his lego set with the kids.  Then we put them to bed and played more pandemic.  It was a wonderful day!
