Serenity has the cutest imagination =) This morning she said very matter-of-factly, I live in a house. Mama lives in an IGLOO. =) I have no idea where that came from! It was adorable. You will be happy to hear that later today Mama and Serenity both moved into a sand castle, so we’re together again.

So many cute things happened this month! I’ve been busy with party preparation and haven’t updated her journal like I should, but there’s still plenty to say!
She has started dancing to “Beauty Beast.” She will choose one of her dolls or animals and turn them in circles just like Beast waltzing with Belle. It’s adorable! She was in the middle of dancing one night and Daddy offered a bath, and she said, “I gotta dance!!”
We’ve started trying to combine a lot of activities with her favorite books. For example, she loves Dora’s Alphabet Adventure. Dora has to find things that start with every letter of the alphabet. So we went on our own alphabet adventure! We found things for every letter except I,Q and Y before we got tired of the game. We also read Pinkalicious and after hearing her say “I’m Pinkerbelle” for a week, we decided it was time to make our own “pinkalicious” cupcakes!
I keep meaning to take Serenity swimming at the pool, but it just never seems to be a good time with her nap and everything, as the pool opens right when she’s going down for a nap. But Dad pulled out her kiddie pool and she had a blast splashing in it. She kept saying “I really want to swim, I really want to swim!” She’d been watching the Ugly Duckling episode of Super Why that day I believe. =)
One of the happiest developments is that she actually asked me to take her pic a few times =) She was snuggling with Daddy and wanted Mama to get a picture of them, and then we did one with all three that is one of my new favorites! =)
