December 23rd: More crafts... I didn't exactly make a plan for today. (I used to have one I guess but I didn't finish getting ready for it yet. Ah procrastination.) I had several crafts the kids could do, or not do, and we played with the lovely presents they got from Papa. They had a couple of days of legos to get caught up on, and they get more excited about it every day, which I didn't think was humanly possible =) We finish it tomorrow!!!
While the kids played croquet over at Papa's house, and Maia napped, I finally got around to gathering our home movies from the year into a dvd. It's not actually burned yet, but that's the advent calendar activity for tomorrow so I'm going back to it right after I get this post up! I always try to go through each month and find the best videos, plus I edit out any pauses and stuff so we end up with about an hour of tape each year. One more movie night before Christmas day!
We let the kids open a few presents tonight, the ones from our wonderful friends in California. They loved them!!! Serenity may be sleeping in her Elsa shoes tonight.
