While Chris Wendt was in town Eric was able to get his first Advanced Civilization game in like 4-5 years together. Chris, Andrew, Jim, Charles, Jack, and Eric squared off in a quest to become the most advanced civilization. The game took from 9 am to 9 pm, with a break for lunch and some ultimate frisbee (which is a tough game to play 3 on 3). Going into the last round 4 different empires had a good chance to win the game, the two empires who were in touble at that point were Andrew, who had been relentlessly attacked by Jim the entire game, and Jim who was relentlessing doing the attacking. Chris ended up coming from behind to win the game, although he did get a bit of a gift from Jim at the end of the game.
