So, Chrissie recently discovered a new crafting trend she wasn't aware of, plushie making! She discovered it when she was called upon to make tiny creatures for a wallhanging Jessie bought for her baby. It has pockets, with little stuffed creatures and things for every letter of the alphabet. Some of the things weren't as cute as others though. Like for N, they had a nail. So she replaced some of the letters with little creatures she made of felt. She made a monkey, a newt, an igloo, a jaguar, a tiger, a bee, a fish, and a polar bear. The polar bear and the igloo were necessary, since Jessie's baby is half Alaskan =) But apparently there are lots of people that make really cool plushies, like monsters, and anime characters, and everything! There's even a plushie artwork site. It was lots of fun to do, and probably she will get the urge to do it again! E-mail requests to chrissiebair@yahoo.com =)
