Doris is married! On May 20th Doris got married to Sherwin Sun. The wedding was so wonderful! Not only did my best friend marry a really great guy, but she let me do her flowers =) It was so much fun designing the entire look for her wedding! I even did the invitations myself. Her colors were primarily red, with a little orange and gold tossed in. We used this beautiful fabric I borrowed from work. Can you believe I fit all the vases, flowers, and other items in my little Honda? She was really really happy with the way things turned out, and Aisha and Andrea already reserved my services for their weddings =)

I love this centerpiece =) The orchids are strung and suspended from a bamboo grid. We also have floating flowers and petals on the table.
Doris and her bouquet! I actually made her two, a white orchid one and this one. She liked this one better, and I'm so glad! Those peonies were amazing, and they have such a short growing season I was so excited to get to use them! I got her a little butterfly bouquet jewel too.

After the wedding, we were so lucky to get to hang out with Doris so much! We danced after nearly everyone had left, and then we had breakfast! After that, Aisha, Andrea, Eric and I headed out to enjoy L.A. for a bit. I got Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Several times! We need one of those in San Jose =)
