Eric and Tina Wu took a weekend to visit Austin in Boston in January. We also got to get together with Shirley Yu, Chris Wendt, Joyce Che and Austin's girlfriend while we were there. We arrived at 4 am, and it was COOOOLD. Aside from that morning it was reasonable, although definitely not warm. On one of our walks around Boston, Tina and Eric spent time throwing ice at ice, much to their delight, and much to Joyce and Austin's chagrin. Even with Tina's hurt foot we walked a lot of the freedom trail as well as taking in MIT's tech museum. We got in some good games of badminton, as well as a game night, where we tried out some of Eric's new games from Christmas. Thanks Austin and Joyce for being such good hosts! |
