| Brian, Gavin and Jennie came to visit us!!! We introduced them to Taiko drumming, which Chrissie had been addicted to for months. It's a good thing Eddie only brings it over occasionally, because she has been known to drum until she has blisters and hand cramps. Also, thanks to Taiko, we know Brian is a Material Girl =) Game night! Gavin's special request was for a game night. We played Epic Duels, Robo Rally, and lots of cards! Chrissie occasionally had to jump across the table to smack Brian, and vice versa. When we were partners we took an excessive number of bags. In fact, she thinks they took all of them. Mini golf! We took Brian and Jennie mini-golfing while Gavin rested. On one of the courses, Jennie managed to jump the ball right over the course and into the bushes. When we went back to practice later, Brian jumped his ball into the chain link, and then it fell through the chain link for a hole in one!
Jennie's one request was to visit the beach, which Brian also wanted. We went down to the ocean. It was a bit chilly, but we spent plenty of time playing in the sand. Jennie and Chrissie built a turtle. Eric and Brian built a moat and a wall to protect it. Once, while Chrissie was talking to Eric, she got drenched to the knees by a large frigid wave. Chrissie is still very suspicious. She thinks he might have distracted her on purpose. After a nice picnic, we wandered around the shops for a bit. Brian did a little shopping for a certain special ring. We also found a taffy store. Chrissie had never had taffy before. It is good! We all bought some. However, Chrissie couldn't remember what she bought, and somehow mystery taffy isn't as good. 
We made turtles and walls in the sand =)
