Our Christmas 2025

Christmas was so fun! The kids said giant Winky was very cool, so cardboard tradition continues 😂. They loved their gifts, Donovan leaving his new wheely chair only to use the bathroom, and he plans to wear his Umbreon onesie the rest of break 🥰🤩😂. Maia jumped right into her 3D model of Hogwarts from Ann and John, and stayed up late to finish so she can start another model! She also tried out her Sphero 🥰. Sera squealed excitedly over her gifts, and started her biggest wooden puzzle challenge yet. The funniest moment was earlier this week, at game night, my brother Mike was wearing this hat and I told Eric he reminded me of Paul Rudd in the Teeny Weeny Beanie video. He’d never seen it, so we watched it. Well, as I was opening gifts he cued up the video because he gave me a beanie for headaches 😂. The kids thought the video was hilarious and kept singing it, so when Sera got to her third present I started it up again as she got a new pink beanie 😂😂😂. So fun! We spent the rest of the day in our pjs, eating crepes and playing games, including Res Arcana.

Teeny Weeny Beanie

These fidgets were the big winners from the stockings this year. DZ loved the snowman one and the girls traded and were very happy.

Really cool crystal tree from Maia to Sera. She got DZ a new pouch when we were at the Tanganyika wildlife preserve, and Sera got both sibbies animal models from there to build.

It’s a toss up whether she liked the new Alice shirt or the Luna “You’re just as sane as I am” shirt better.

DZ got super thoughtful presents, including this origami paper for Sera.
