Sera’s birthday continues! I can’t believe I’m finally seeing Les Mis! It was my second CD ever 🤩
Her pink sweater from Mrs. Doubtfire kept her from freezing in the silky pink dress she got that reminded me of Cosette. And I wore my beret in honor of Eponine =)
I prepared her by saying the title of the play is “the Miserable Ones” and everyone is sad and nearly everyone dies. It worked. She LOVES the music and we sang it all winter!
Clue! SO funny! I love the way they blocked the play, moving through the different rooms and secret passages. And the actor that played Mr. Green was amazing! At one point he slowly did a backbend as a chandelier nearly fell on his head, and then did the limbo to avoid it narrowly. Funny and amazing athleticism!
Mrs. White =) I love the whole effect! She dug through her jewelry, picking a cute pair of earrings that cuff higher on her ear, and the fancy headband and the bow at the end of her braid. So cute! It’s fun getting fancy with Sera!

Sera had a performing weekend! Odyssey Regionals was canceled for snow, but we managed to pull together a Parent’s Showcase so her team could get some experience packing their solution up and performing it! Can’t show any of that until after Worlds, but she’s excited about how it’s shaping up! Then on Sunday she sang with her Troupe and performed Tightrope from the Greatest Showman for her solo! So happy to see her doing what she loves!

Sera has discovered, to her consternation, that feet wrappers make shoes feel better.
We’ve gone to Olive Garden before her plays, and she eats SO MANY breadsticks! YUM!
I get the most random stuff from work for Odyssey. Since the mannequin heads are just holding things and not actually in their solution I can share this fun crazy pic =) We sent it to the group text, which I love so much!
The girls and I did a Backyardigans nostalgia marathon while the boys were at Mathcounts State in OKC. We sang our hearts out! Still love the music!
