Fall School Fun!

Great week for school! Maia wore her periodic table dress to school today because she and two friends are trying to learn chemistry during recess. Donovan asked if we had any plans for Saturday because he and two friends are planning to meet weekly for math review. And Sera got 100% on an AP calc test because she CHECKED her work. Twice! 😳. And she has an Odyssey team again 🥰 I love that they are finding their strides and having fun with school and friends!

Maia had a ton of fun activities this fall, and at the Intermediate we still get to volunteer! They had family lunch picnics once a month, and Eric and I both got to go and bring her Chick Fil A and play lawn games and card games with her and her friends. They did the Color Run in the fall, and it’s always a blast! The cutest pictures too. Maia mostly ran with her friend Sadie, but I got lots of pics of various soccer buddies and former classmates that I could text to some parent friends as well.

In November Maia got to go on a field trip to Philbrook, and I was fast enough to sign up to volunteer! There were lots of really cool exhibits! It so fun to see her enthusiatically responding to the museum docent’s questions.
