Donovan's Lucky 13 Birthday!
Donovan is 13!!! Officially a teenager! Although his sarcasm game has been teen worthy for years, he is still the sweetest guy. I struggled a little for a party theme and plan, but finally inspiration struck. He loves getting coupons. We use them a lot to minimize sugar around Halloween and Easter. He is more excited about getting coupons and actually asks about the next chance to get coupons and he hoards them. Also, he wore his green fuzzy jacket every day to school, even in August. So combining the two, the theme for his party became Lucky 13! I got all the lucky clovers, green things, and coupons for every activity. It ended up working really well, since he wanted lots of little activities, like a sleepover with Hatcher, ice skating and gaming with Leo, a chess day with Daniel, Bipul, and Aaron, a pool party with Sophia and Ponew, stuff like that! I filled in with coupons for party favors, chore free nights, a piñata, lots of random fun. It was a great week!!!!

About halfway through today I swore I would never buy another inflatable ever again… but now it kinda seems worth it 😂🥰🤩
Green Turtle. Didn’t last long but soooo cute while it did =) He does still love turtles!
Waving goodbye 🥰 He has such great friends!!! At one point Eric was going to run home so I suggested he take a few of the inflatables… He looked at the pile at the end of the pool and said that can’t all be ours… can it?
We finished off his birthday week with Dinner at Ted’s with Papa. We are sooooo lucky to have DZ!
