Sera's 14th Birthday

Serenity’s 14th Birthday Update

Sera is 14!! We did her birthday a little differently this year.  She loved the weighted axolotl I got her for the trip to Mexico, and she watches a lot of Youtuber’s that use axolotls for their Minecraft worlds, so we went with the axolotl theme!  She decided she was finally ready to get her ears pierced.  So I went with a spa theme for her party!  I took her to get her ears pierced, and she picked beautiful opals for her first earrings.

The day of her birthday, we went shopping at Bath and Body Works, and she picked some fun body wash and lavender bubble bath!  She also got some hand sanitizer and an attachment for her backpack, which is evidently a seriously popular thing these days.  Maia really wanted some.  She also got her favorite donuts for breakfast, and I decorated with a new axolotl towel, decorations for her bathroom, and a new axolotl toiletry bag.  But really, the Relaxolotl sign with the axolotl in a bathtub was too perfect.  Sera spends a LOT of time relaxing in the tub these days, and I love it!

Her other request for her birthday was a trip to Urban Air!  The Gates joined us and we all had so much fun!
