Maia Spring 2019
March 2019
“I’m a dangerous female. I’m dangerous now, snicker snicker. “ She is so funny. We were just riding around in the car and she warned me that she’s dangerous. And she said snicker snicker, just like that, instead of laughing. That’s a new habit of hers, and it’s sooo funny.
Mom, that is NOT what my coach told me to do. I am very grateful she has Kara Beair Butler to coach her because I definitely can’t. 😂😂😂 I was trying to help her with her feet positioning at home plate. Now I’m pretty sure in baseball your feet are at least supposed to be to the side of the plate, but she was having none of my suggestions. I told Eric if I say anything to her she will insist on doing baseball standing on her head. Everything I say is wrong. I do not dare even tell her that two plus two equals 4. He wanted to know if that was just about baseball but it’s about everything. The other day she asked me what two hundred plus two hundred was. I said four hundred and she said “WRONG!” lol
Maia's asleep before ten! Double headers might not be so bad 😂
Maia had a baseball game today! The older kids had homework so I told Maia I wasn’t sure we could stay to watch. She said, “but if you leave you won’t see me throw someone out at first base!” Fortunately they finished enough that we could stay because she really did throw someone out! 😁
Experiment day was such a hit Maia wanted to do the experiment for us at home 👩🔬🤩

I got to help in Maia’s class! They are having an alphabet countdown, and I had an idea for C. Circles and Collaboration! We did this collaborative circle painting that I pinned years ago, I’m so excited to finally get to do it! The kids loved it and it was really beautiful.
