Serenity’s Troop taught the Brownies at our school all about Leave No Trace

Upcycling T-shirts

We had special Girl Scout meetings with our neighbor Abby, who switched schools. She and Serenity earned some different badges, including their Space Science Investigator! They went to the planetarium in Jenks several times and loved it!

They sewed little felt envelopes to hold leave no trace principles to pass out to the Brownie troop at school They picked an adorable Make New Friends patch to give them too. It had unicorns, so it was a unanimous choice!

Namaste India! They got to experience Indian Culture =)

Researching animal habitats for our craft project! They used the outline of an endangered animal, and painted a picture of their habitat inside it. They used these paintings to finish their animal habitat badge, and then they were so pretty they used them to make posters encouraging people to preserve animal habitats for their Take Action project!
