3/31 DZ is such a great helper! This morning, he noticed Maia had a runny nose and he went to get her a kleenex without anyone asking him to help. Yesterday after we went shopping at Lowe's for supplies, he helped me dig out the sunflower house and mix in the soil amendments we bought. He's just such a cheerful assistant and so thoughtful! Makes me very happy =)
Donovan adored the Superhero Challenge. I didn't even really tell him anything about it, he was hooked just on the name. He asked me constantly when it would be, and we were counting down the minutes on Sunday. And it was worth the wait! He loved the inflatables, loved running the race, loved showing off his Batman cape! He got to go in a fire truck, and he asked me to take pictures of him with it on the front and back of the truck. We got free snow cones, he ate tons of oranges, in short it was a perfect day for him. =)
