9/25 Maia got herself from lying down to sitting up... I'm not sure how she managed it! But she was lying down when I turned my back and when I looked over again she was sitting! So she finally reached that point =)
10/6 bear crawl
10/11 Maia is wearing herself out these days! She cruises, pulls up to standing, and can make it all the way from the carpet which used to be our main Maia zone to the kitchen! Nothing is safe! A lot of the time she looks like she's doing yoga, pushing up into downward dog. She's trying really hard to get into a standing position independently but she still needs something to climb up. She wants to move!
She's also cutting lots of teeth. She has a second tooth on the bottom, and one just about through on top. I can see several others as well.
She plays often with the lego duplos these days. And she loves the wooden puzzles and gear toy we inherited from Carson and Raegan. Her favorite thing is still chewing on my wallet though, and it's no wonder with all those teeth!
