I’m sure no one is surprised by this, but for today’s Love Thursday I want to talk about how much I love shopping for baby clothes! The first thing Mimi said to me when she found out Serenity was a girl was that she knew just how to shop for little girls! And she was right, it is such fun. We were given so many wonderful clothes, I actually haven’t had to buy many things for her yet. I bought her a little yellow eyelet sundress, because I’ve always loved the look of those dresses. And the next thing I bought was her monkey sweater! My brother Don calls it her “Curious George” outfit. I hadn’t even told him I considered using it for her Halloween costume and making Eric a yellow hat =) The only other thing I bought for her is her Christmas dress and a winter coat! It’s a red crocheted dress. I got it at www.crazy8.com. Here’s the link to the dress since I haven’t taken her picture in it yet. My sister sent me to that website and I absolutely love their clothes. They have such cute stuff for such reasonable prices! I got onesies for Henry and Aidan there too =) A lot of my internet time now is spent browsing at babyGap, Old Navy, Gymboree, and Crazy 8! I am completely addicted.
     Ann took us on our first shopping trip to the mall and bought Serenity some adorable clothes at the Gap! Serenity rode around in her stroller, napping at first and then contentedly sucking on a pacifier. She was so good! She must have realized that she was getting pretty clothes because she's not usually happy for so long in the stroller! =) She got this onesie and her first pair of jeans! They are so cute, but they distress Eric because they make her look so grown up! =)
