| During this year we have had a lot of opportunities to play softball. It all got started because of Patricia playing in her 6th graders against the teachers game at the end of last school year. Eric has scheduled a "game" about once a month. In the fall before the time changed we had almost weekly practices with Marilyn, and a bunch of other people ended up coming along. For the "games", most of the time we played with 3 teams, where two teams would be in the field while the 3rd was batting. The most exciting game of the year ended 10-10-10 with Dave tagging out Gary at home in a collision to preserve the three way tie. On Daves birthday we had a game where we allowed bunting, and for father's day John had us play a different game where people rotated postions all the time, and everyone scored for themselves.
