Sera Spring 2024 Update

Sera needed a cute dress for her recitals this spring, and she had some Christmas money from Grandma to spend so we BRAVED THE MALL! She was sooo cute and we had fun. She bought a dress and a very cute and cozy v-neck sweatshirt.

This is one of my absolute favorite things. Finding Sera typing away on the stairs because she just has to add something to her story for Creative Writing. She is absolutely blossoming into a great writer, and I love that her stories are actually finding their way to a page! She even wrote in her financial literacy class that she’s interested in studying creative writing in college!

This picture commemorates Sera breaking the yoga swing. This hook was rated for 1,000 pounds, and over the last eight years she’s used it so much it sheared right off! In case it’s not clear, she ADORES the yoga swing! It’s a lifesaver!

The pansies she planted in the fall are still thriving! And this is her cute sweatshirt she chose herself on our shopping spree.

Sera and I text a lot around pickup time, and I get bonus points when I find the best Bitmojis. =) I’m also sending her funny memes and she reacts appreciatively. ;)

Sera’s creative writing teacher is SO encouraging! The feedback is the best.

Sera sang “Once Upon a December” at a coffee shop show! She is so brave! I got chills she did a wonderful job on the song and it’s one of my favorites!!! Love her so much!
