Christmas Around the World Day 23: South Korea!
Today was busy so our country activity was simple. In South Korea, Santa wears blue! My favorite color so I was excited and got a blue Santa hat and delicious butter coconut cookies.
We spent the morning having Christmas with Papa! Delicious pancakes, omelets cooked by Rosario, fun fidgets and Wordle! Such a wonderful morning!
Sera collected the paper ๐
Papa printed a Wordle and gave 5$ to the first to figure it out. Maia got it in about 1 minute. No wonder, it was the word BUILT! The rest of us thought quilt and guilt first ๐
DZ was so excited for this one! Heโs already played Chinese checkers ๐ฅฐ
Papa bought tiny Operation! It was especially fun since we had a slideshow of Christmas photos starting in 1979 and Operation was in there.
Then after chilling all afternoon at home, Maia and I were invited to a Yalda party at her friend Kianโs house to celebrate the Winter Solstice . There was a ton of delicious food, Maia even ate soup, lots of kids to run and play with, dancing, and traditional pomegranates which I tried for the first time I think! Whew!
