Baby Clothes Quilt!

Baby clothes mission accomplished! The biggest project I wanted to make was a baby clothes quilt, and it’s done! Mom got this adorable large scale hexagon die for her cutter just for me to make it 😍. As I was laying it out the kids all came by and were so excited to see clothes they remembered. It’s mostly for me but I was happy they were so excited about it 🥰. I had it machine quilted because I wanted it to be washable so I can really use it.

I was watching Gilmore Girls while sewing the strips together, and one of the episodes was where Lorelai shows Emily a quilt she made out of Rory’s baby clothes… wondering if I’ve had this project in mind that long 😂

Took about thirty texts with Diane M Hale to decide on the backing 😂
