Hi.

Welcome!

Four Corners

Four Corners

When I was showing Donovan things we could do in the vicinity of his camp, he jumped on Four Corners! He thought it was SO COOL to be able to stand in four states at once. So we drove an extra four hours away. And it was fun! Dad remembered going there before they even had buildings around the marker, and he took Jason and me there when we were little as well. Now there are food trucks and lots of Native crafts for sale. Donovan found a cool mini hatchet keychain, and the girls got jewelry. Maia actually got FIVE necklaces on this trip. It was her go to souvenir. This one was really beautiful. I remember the coin eagle, I think also a buffalo head nickel necklace, a stone thunderbird from the Natural History Museum (along with her Anubis stuffie), and then a silver and turquoise necklace from Four Corners. We stood in line to get to be on the four corners spot. I told the kids we had to get the pictures quick so know what they wanted to do for their pose so we could get in and out =) I think they did great!
