December 25th: Winged Key Escape Room
December 25th: Success! Our kids are still sound sleepers . Now if only I wasn’t too excited to sleep I loved this morning! The key to dragging out Christmas present opening is to lock up all the presents . The gingerbread houses were all locked and they had to find the code in the Winged Key Escape Room Donovan’s favorite puzzles were the maze lock box and the riddle that opened the six letter word lock. Serenity loved finding Winky’s picture code taped under the desk and she and Maia both loved the invisible dice code that they used the black light flashlight for. I loved that all three of them solved puzzles! My favorite clue was the board book marked with Washi tape . Eric made all kinds of math puzzles, including a Fibonacci set.
The girls were so sweet! Maia woke up in the night and gasped! Then I said it was still sleeping time so she snuggled up with me for a few hours, until Serenity stirred so she snuggled with her and gazed at the gingerbread houses. Serenity upgraded me from cardboard queen to cardboard wizard
When DZ woke up he snuggled with Eric until they realized Winky had a note and they were awake enough to want to figure it all out!
The direction lock was cool! Serenity asked if it was expensive buying all these locks . Thanks Jess Bair! My birthday Amazon money bought a lot of puzzles and locks!
This clue was taped under the desk =)
