December 18th: Play a GameLast year we introduced Serenity to Twister, (which she loved touching the different colors, and Daddy obligingly twisted himself onto whatever color she chose =) This year we decided to see what she thought of Crocono. This is a great game Eric played growing up. It’s sort of like a mini-pool game, where you try to get rings in pockets or in a central spot. It was a little too advanced for her, but she loved making patterns with the red and green rings! So she and Daddy had lots of fun =)
Serenity also helped me get a few Christmas cards in the mail. She stamped them for me! Just like the snowman craft, I put x’s where the stamps went, and she very happily assisted me. =)
Later we ran a few errands, which included picking up the house plans I forgot at Dad’s house, and getting the camera I left at Mom’s (which is why I’m behind in my December posts =) Carson, Raegan, Casey and Barrett were still all at Mom’s house, so we got to have some great cousin fun! Eric spent a long time outside with the kids. I got to watch a movie with Mom and various kids at different points while we fixed lunch. My favorite moment of the day was when Raegan and Serenity were snuggling and Serenity realized they were wearing matching purple. They were my purple girls! She loved it! Raegan kept hugging her and picking her up. Soooo cute! I love that she gets to spend time with her cousins =)
